Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Indonesian government will build a transmission cable network spanning more than 47,000 circuit kilometers (ckm) to supply clean electricity across the country, including remote areas. In a statement issued on Friday, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia said the project will connect new and renewable energy (NRE) sources to main substations, which will then distribute electricity through local networks.
