The number of those charged with espionage has rocketed in the last year. Experts warn Russia and other rogue states are launching a 'proxy war' on Britain which will only intensify. Locals claim migrants staying in a luxury hotel near Windsor Castle are making their lives hell with racist abuse and anti-social behaviour. Dozens are staying at the 54-bedroom, four-star Manor Hotel in Datchet, just outside Windsor, in Berkshire. Residents say they are the target of abuse on a weekly basis. There have also been alleged incidents of shoplifting though police say there have been no crimes or anti-social behaviour linked to the migrant hotel.

Source of fire revealed as London Fire Brigade provide update on blaze Watch the London Fire Brigade press conference belowLondon Fire Brigade has provided an update on the electricity substation fire which involved a transformer comprising of 25,000 litres of cooling oil fully alight. Firefighters said the blaze has created a major hazard because of the ‘still live high voltage equipment’. LFB said 67,000 households were left without power and currently 5,000 remain without any supplies.
