It's been 17 years since Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and its 3D-arena-based combat graced consoles, and ever since, fans have clamored for a return to that old style. Bandai Namco is leaning into classic fighting style from the Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi series. The proposed merger values COVIRIX Medical at US$617 million which, when consummated, will involve NIVF issuing its shares at a deemed price of US$6 per share to acquire 100% of COVIRIX Medical.
