“I feel like I’ve had a whole other career in my previous lifetime and this release is my rebirth. I feel that in every fiber of my bones,” says Steve N. Chrissy Renick is baring her soul. Leaving her previous band, Sample Kulture to set off on her own, the Cape Girardeau native has undergone a musical and creative rebirth that finds her on a new path as a solo artist. The singer/songwriter is performing at Atomic by Jamo (4140 Manchester) on January 30 to celebrate the video premiere of “Let Me Know,” taken from her new EP, On the Line (Calling Me). Renick’s most recent single, “Drifting” (featuring Mark Harris) dropped in October.
