CLOVIS, N.M. (KAMR/KCIT) — Cannon Air Force Base has been a part of the Clovis community since the beginning of World War II. Built in 1942, the Base employs more than 4,800 military, civilian, and contractor personnel, and injects an estimated $200 million into the area. For Col.
