Um bom UP seria para AM4, um Ryzen 5 5600, Ryzen 7 5700X ou até mesmo um Ryzen 7 5700X3d... placa-mãe não é tão caro (uma B450 por exemplo, mas vai ser PCIExpress 3.0), como voce tem uma 4060, ela é X8 PCI 4, seria bom pegar uma placa B550, mas isso encarece um pouco mais.
