I once asked a colleague to research and get me a list of our company's competitors. Instead of doing the actual research, they just asked ChatGPT and didn't check the output. They loved ChatGPT simply because it was fast. Turned out, ChatGPT's output was wrong. I was ANGRY.

It's almost impossible to do proper media planning today when everything is reported in followers, clicks, and impressions rather than numbers of actual, flesh-and-blood human beings.

Thought: Is tracking conversion rates useless for companies with long sales cycles? After all, few people will convert the first time they visit a website, and those who eventually become leads and customers will visit your site numerous times.
