    During their fifth year at Cal Poly, over 100 architecture seniors participated in the annual “Detail Show” on April 17. Throughout the academic year, each student worked on an individual project and had the chance to present a detailed drawing or model of their project at the show. Architecture senior Thomas Rychman created a model of a city block for his project.

    Oct. 9 marked Indigenous Peoples’ Day, a holiday that celebrates and honors indigenous Americans and commemorates their histories and cultures, and Cal Poly took part in this day. On the lawn outside the yakʔitʸutʸu dorm buildings, the Cal Poly Native American and Indigenous Cultural Center (NAICC) hosted an event honoring the yak titʸu titʸu yak tiłhini  Northern Chumash Tribe of San Luis Obispo County and Region.
