Sarah Penelope “Penny” Stevenson, 84, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2025. She was born on March 18, 1940, to Thomas Fred Williams and Polly Jane Baker in Ashville, North Carolina. She was raised in Tucson, Arizona and graduated from Catalina High School. Penny will be remembered as a sweet, kind, and classy lady. A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. In January she celebrated her 66th wedding anniversary with the love of her life, Larry.
