April 02, 2025 Days after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents seized a man in the middle of a criminal trial, Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden on Wednesday slammed the move and said his office is exploring charges against one agent held in contempt of court by a state judge. “This action by ICE was troubling and extraordinarily reckless,” Hayden told reporters. His office was pursuing a case against Wilson Martell-Lebron last week when ICE agents detained him.
