DODOMA: MINISTER for Agriculture, Mr Hussein Bashe has handed over five vehicles to the Cooperative Audit and Supervision Corporation (COASCO) to ensure the institution discharges its duties effectively and diligently. The vehicles were part of a batch of 38 vehicles handed recently by the Minister for Agriculture to various institutions under its docket. The Minister also handed over water well drilling machinery that will be used in ministry and irrigation agency operations.

DODOMA: POLICE in Dodoma Region have arrested 21 individuals for possessing items allegedly obtained through the vandalism of road infrastructure and the theft of crosses from graveyards. The suspects reportedly intended to sell the illegally acquired items, including crosses, road signs and streetlight poles, as scrap metal.

DODOMA: MEMBERS of The Parliament have unanimously approved a 224.98bn/- budget for the Ministry of Minerals for the 2025/26 financial year which will enable the docket and its affiliated institutions to carry out their mandated responsibilities. Prior to the endorsement, Minister Mr Anthony Mavunde informed the lawmakers that the docket was determined to execute strategic projects in the mining sector as well as strengthening service delivery.
