    BAY CITY, Mich. (WJRT) - Bay City Police are increasing patrols around the Veterans Memorial Bridge, the city's only available free span over the Saginaw River. Bay City Public Safety tells ABC12 there are several major intersections where they are seeing an increase of traffic incidents on the east and west sides of the Saginaw River.
