A large commercial fire broke out at a Stockton recycling yard Wednesday night, according to authorities. Around 9:30 p.m. Stockton Fire Department crews were called to Zarc Recycling in the 2400 block of South California Street near Ninth Street. When crews arrived, they found flames and called for additional help. Fire officials said the blaze grew to a third-alarm.
