    The U.S. House of Representatives voted Thursday to censure Rep. Al Green after the Texas Democrat interrupted President Donald Trump's address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday. Rep. Jim Costa, a Democrat representing the San Joaquin Valley, including parts of Fresno and Visalia, was the only California Democrat to vote for the censure resolution, which largely passed along party lines by a vote of 224-198. Nationwide, Costa was just one of 10 Democrats who voted for the censure.
