Inexpensive, but it is easy to prepare, reasonably nutritious, and most importantly, delicious. Taco Tuesday is a quintessential family favourite in most households, no matter what day of the week. One annoying thing about this tasty Mexican meal, though, is that it can be fiddly and messy. I mean, trying to spoon ingredients into your taco shells, which (unless you get the flat-bottomed variety) often fall over, causing most of the ingredients to end up on the table. Who hasn’t been there?
