1. IntroductionInfrared and visible image fusion is an important technique in multimodal image fusion, aiming at fully integrating the most meaningful and valuable information extracted from infrared and visible sensors, respectively, to generate a fused image with richer information and higher quality [1]. Visible images contain more detailed information, such as chromaticity and saturation, but they are easily affected by environmental factors, such as haze and illumination [2,3,4].

AbstractGermline de novo mutations (DNMs) provide the raw material for evolution. The DNM rate varies considerably between species, sexes and chromosomes. Here, we identify DNMs in the zebra finch (Taeniopygia guttata) across 16 parent-offspring trios using two genome assemblies of different quality.
