AbstractTo uncover molecular changes underlying blood-brain-barrier dysfunction in Alzheimer’s disease, we performed single nucleus RNA sequencing in 24 Alzheimer’s disease and control brains and focused on vascular and astrocyte clusters as main cell types of blood-brain-barrier gliovascular-unit. The majority of the vascular transcriptional changes were in pericytes.

1 INTRODUCTION Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT developed by OpenAI, demonstrate promising utility in healthcare applications, from clinical decision support to medical education. As of May 15, 2023, a PubMed search for the term “ChatGPT” yielded 420 manuscripts published in 2023 alone, reflecting the growing interest in AI-based models in healthcare.
