To the Editor: We are grateful for the constructive engagement with our article from Xie et al,1 Lin et al,2 and Wang et al3 and have the following comments to their questions and concerns. Xie et al raise concerns regarding the potential influence of drug use on our study results.1 We examined this aspect by adjusting for treatment categorized into groups of specific disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs, which yielded results similar to our dichotomous categorization.
