A Bristol cafe has attracted massive queues on opening day as it relaunches with a unique new look. CUPP on Park Row, which has been serving up bubble tea and other Taiwanese-inspired treats for years, is reopening today (Friday, May 30) following a major makeover dedicated to much-loved characters the Moomins. The city centre street was already crowded with people by 10.30am, ahead of the doors opening at midday, with the first arrivals nabbing their spot by 10am.
