Kolkata: A post office peon, who was arrested in connection with the issuance of 29 passports against 10 Aadhaar cards, was granted bail by the Calcutta High Court on the grounds that his delivering the passports to an unauthorised person was at most a "dereliction of duty".Justice Suvra Ghosh on May 16 granted bail to the peon, Biswajit Ghosh.
