PAX Aus is over again for another year. It simultaneously feels like it was an eternity and over in the blink of an eye, leaving you feeling a little empty inside. But it’s no fun to dwell on the fact that Australia’s biggest gaming convention is over for another year.

It’s been a hot minute since Season 1 of The Acolyte wrapped up its controversial run. Throughout all eight episodes, some people picked apart every little thing the show did, claiming it was the worst thing Star Wars has put out in decades. I wasn’t a part of that group and was initially mixed on the series, but I came around to it by the credits of Episode 8.

I’m a Transformers fan. I’ve been watching the various TV shows since I was a kid and have seen every single Michael Bay film in the franchise. Because sometimes, I need a way to send my enjoyment in film as a medium crashing to the ground when it gets just a bit too high, like I enjoy life or something? I closed out my Sweet Home 2 review by saying that I hope season 3 will be its final one. Well… how wonderful it would be if all my wishes would come true like this. That’s right. A so far fantastic series is coming to an end. Yes, I am a bit sad, but if I trust anyone to give us a wonderful wrap-up on this survivor story, I trust the Sweet Home crew. So, before the final season drops, I wanted to share some of my predictions with you all based on what we learned so far.

Episode 4 of The Acolyte has dropped, and it’s my favourite episode yet. Titled “Day,” this episode has me the most excited about this series since it started. This episode, while it still hasn’t made me that invested in the characters, gave me enough hints and fun moments that the time flew by. Granted, the episode was only 30ish minutes, which I hope isn’t a trend going forward. Regardless, I was intrigued, and I’ve already got some theories on what could happen next.
