Rosenlehner et al. investigated the interplay among T cell receptor (TCR) signaling, ribosomal biosynthesis, and mTORC1, a multiprotein complex implicated in cell growth and proliferation. mTORC1 was required for the rapid cell cycling of proliferating activated T cells.
