In this study, a molecular dynamics model was established to simulate the micromechanical behavior and strengthening mechanism of Gr/HEA nanoindentation and nanoscratch. Finally, the accuracy of the simulation was verified again by qualitative experiments. The main conclusions are summarized as follows:Coating Gr can improve the carrying capacity of the HEA. With an increase in the number of Gr layers, the hardness and load carrying capacity of the Gr/HEA will further be improved.
