Last year, the Trenton baseball team upset Newberry, 4-3, in the FHSAA Class 1A-Region 4 Final to advance to the FHSAA Baseball state semifinals in Fort Myers. Although the young Tigers lost to No. 1 Bozeman in the 1A state semifinals, their first trip to the final four since 2018 has served as motivation to get back this year with nine returning starters.

Julius Randle and Mitchell Robinson are out for the season. There’s a lot of uncertainty surrounding OG Anunoby’s health, and now Jalen Brunson has been banged up pretty badly.

Because it communicates a thought that has become increasingly real to me over the past few months. I was diagnosed with the rare disease myasthenia gravis in 2014. In the years since, there have been phases when the harsh winds of this disease have blown hard against me, threatening to extinguish so many flames.
