Draisaitl with the OT winner as he takes McDavid's pass and beats Hill. 5-4 Oilers and they lead the series 2-0. Game 3 Saturday at Rogers.

Pietrangelo nearly gave the game away as he failed to clear after Eichel won the faceoff. Somehow the Knights escaped disaster in front. Roy is back as they kill off the major. Somewhere, Cody Eakin is wondering why they couldn't have done that for me in 2019?

Hill hangs on. 6 seconds remain on the Roy major. Now they get to have an ice maintenance and give the two teams a chance to catch their breath. A very opportune break for Vegas.

The Knights have managed to kill 3:28 of Roy's five-minute major. Stone, Smith, Karlsson, Howden and Eichel have gotten it done up front.

Knights had 3 Cs (Eichel-Roy-Howden) on the ice in the final minute and damn near won it. Instead, we're headed to OT in Game 2 tied 4-4.

Pietrangelo ties it 4-4 with a blast from the point, through traffic and past Pickard, who appeared to have hurt his left leg prior to the goal. He was flexing it and it's something to keep an eye on

Olofsson with his second of the game, both on the PP, cuts it to 4-3 with McDavid in the box. Plenty of time left in this one: 15:28 to be exact.

Kane gets an open look and buries it early in the third. 4-2 Oilers.

Kane and White loud once again exchange pleasantries, this time in front of the Edmonton goal as the 2nd period ends with the Oilers in front 3-2. No penalties after this skirmish.
