While the pandemic was keeping many people in New Jersey apart, Joe Amore and John Crisafulli were bringing us together. They created a Facebook Page called "Jersey Roots". Designed to take people back to their happy places and times growing up in New Jersey, this public page has over 80,000 members and is growing rapidly. Crisafulli AKA (Johnny C The Pizza Guy) is also the Vice President of First Commerce Bank.

With all the problems New York City has, you would think the emissions from pizza ovens would be way down on the list. But nooooo!The New York Post reports: "The New York City Department of Environmental Protection has drafted new rules that would order eateries using the decades-old baking method (wood and coal-fired pizza ovens) to slice carbon emissions by up to 75%."(Photo: Emily Powers, Unsplash)This could cost these pizzerias up to $20,000 on air filter systems.

With kids who have no respect for the law, or those who enforce it causing trouble throughout the city; and forcing the town to make it tougher on kids by making it harder to obtain a summer rental and imposing curfews. I'm a big fan of white pizza, and in New Jersey, we have some of the best places to get it. I love the taste of the olive oil meshing with the garlic and thick topping of mozzarella to form an incredible taste in your mouth, especially when it's not too hot. Although I'm also a fan of red pizza, provided the gravy is great, I find that white pizza can create a taste around any topping that, to me, is far superior. Some great toppings bring out the best in white pizza.

Can Bud Light do anything right? After trying to change their image with a social media campaign that featured transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, which resulted in boycotts, billions of dollars lost in sales, and the firings of the "real executives of genius" who came up with the whole campaign, they've now come up with a new commercial featuring many beer-friendly summer activities happening over Chic's 1978 hit "Good Times" which you can see here.
