Introduction Our understanding of how to design molecules that efficiently conduct electricity across a nanogap in a molecular junction (metal-molecule-metal) configuration has increased dramatically in the past 15 years.1-7 The contact groups are a fundamental part of the design of molecular wires, providing chemical, mechanical and electronic coupling of the molecular species to the electrodes.

Abstract (348/350)To assess whether the combination of en face OCT and OCT angiography (OCTA) can capture observable, but subtle structural changes that precede clinically evident retinal neovascularization (RNV) in eyes with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Retrospective, longitudinal study. Patients with DR had at least two visits. We obtained wide-field OCTA scans of one eye from each participant and generated en face OCT, en face OCTA, and cross-sectional OCTA.

Abstract When faced with a problem to be solved by running designed experiments we should first think of what strategy should be used for the experimentation. One aspect of successful experimental strategy is how to use screening experiments in practice. In this article the authors share their combined experiences of more than 90 years in using designed experiments in which screening experiments are an integral part of the strategy.
