A sialolith is a yellowish-white, hard, concretion of organic and inorganic matter formed within any of the major or minor oral salivary glands or their excretory ducts.1 They are also referred to as salivary stones. Sialoliths are usually detected when they grow to a sufficient size whereby they start occluding a duct causing post prandial swelling and discomfort distal to the impasse. This condition is referred to as sialolithiasis.

The 3-register 600 T-Graph came out in 2005. It was sold in Professional (100 pcs) and Sharkhunter (150 pcs). It is marked '2005 Edition' on the side of the case, and the date window is between 4 and 5. The 2-register was made to coincide with Doxa's 40th anniversary in 2007. the case is marked 1967-2007 on the side. It came in Professional (100 pcs), Sharkhunter (75 pcs), and Searambler (75 pcs). This one has the date window a 6, and is made to look more like the 200 T-Graph that came out in 1969.
