"Whether it's a hurricane or this once-in-a-lifetime snowstorm, they're out there," Escambia County Sheriff Chip Simmons said. "They're out there every day and every night throughout the entire event."First responders, law enforcement, fire rescue, and EMS are all answering the call to duty, no matter what.
