Launched in Tennessee in 2023, the Be Pro Be Proud initiative was a collaborative effort between community and business leaders to give students an opportunity to explore careers such as commercial truck drivers, linemen, electricians, welders, heavy equipment operators, robotics, and more.

Students are led by Band and Music Director Grayson Martin who has been instrumental in leading his students to excel in music. In his third year at Henry County High School, Martin has been with the system for four years, beginning his career at Lakewood Middle School.
