Work will take place on the A55 Kneeshaw Lupton viaduct between J22 Old Colwyn and J23 Llanddulas between Wednesday, April 9 and Friday, April 11. Repairs will be carried out between 8pm and 6am. The Eastbound Carriage will close during these times.

A long shot of Porth Eirias, located on Colwyn Bay promenade (Image: Rightmove) EFFORTS are being made to fill two large empty retail units located within a huge glass fronted building near the beach. The units are at Porth Eirias, described as a "prime beachfront location", on Colwyn Bay Promenade. One became available in November 2024 whilst the other has been vacant for more 18 months - since September 2023.
