The former St George's Parish Church, at Church Walks, has been put up for sale for £420,000 with estate agent Dafydd Hardy. The church was built in 1840, and was the site of the town's first public clock, added in memory of Rev. Edward Thomas Evans, the curate for six years.

The café had closed on Monday morning (April 21) due to "business IT issues" and problems with its digital services. Despite hoping to resolve these issues "as soon as possible", the store also remained shut yesterday.
