New CFO for SchrodersSchroders has appointed Meagen Burnett as its new chief financial officer (CFO). She will succeed Richard Oldfield, who was named group chief executive earlier this month. Burnett joined Schroders in January 2023 and in her new role will be responsible for financial management, capital, and treasury, and oversee operations and technology.

Concentration risk has been a hot topic this year, with the continued rise of the Magnificent 7 US tech giants carrying markets higher. However, the narrowness of the rally has been a cause for some concern.
