Prosecutors said a Milwaukee man was going 70 mph on a downtown Milwaukee street just before causing a deadly crash early Saturday morning. Tremayne Brown Jr., 20, is charged with second-degree reckless homicide and knowingly operating a motor vehicle while suspended, causing death.
