Milwaukee election officials are reporting ballot shortages at a number of voting sites in the city.Officials tell 12 News they are urging people to stay in line to vote and not leave as they work to bring more ballots to locations. Polls close in Wisconsin at 8 p.m. Anyone who is in line by that time will be allowed to vote.This is a breaking news story. Check back for updates.

Pleasant Prairie police released dash camera video showing the end of a pursuit on Interstate 94 involving a stolen work truck and multiple law enforcement agencies.Watch the video above.It started Tuesday when the Kenosha County Sheriff's Office said a traffic camera spotted the work truck on the road. The truck had been reported stolen. Authorities said it also had stolen license plates.Kenosha police later tracked down the truck at a Kwik Trip near 39th Avenue and Washington Road.

Police in Mankato, Minnesota, said a Kwik Trip gas station employee died after being stabbed early Tuesday morning.Investigators used store surveillance video to identify a 28-year-old man as the suspect. Police later arrested him at his home in Mankato. Authorities described him as a "known customer" who was "easily identified."The victim was identified as Dennis Vosika, 34, from Mankato.

Milwaukee City Attorney Evan Goyke informed the court late Tuesday that the city "cannot comply" with an order to reinstate school resources officers at Milwaukee Public Schools by Thursday, asking for more time so officers can complete training. State law mandated MPS reinstate SROs by Jan. 1, 2024. The law did not say who should pay what, leading to a yearlong dispute between the school board and the city over who should foot the bill.
