Prosecutors said a Milwaukee man was going 70 mph on a downtown Milwaukee street just before causing a deadly crash early Saturday morning. Tremayne Brown Jr., 20, is charged with second-degree reckless homicide and knowingly operating a motor vehicle while suspended, causing death. The crash happened just after 6 a.m. Saturday at 6th and State in Milwaukee. Prosecutors said a Volkswagen was going westbound on State, ran a red light and hit a Toyota.
