1. IntroductionRapeseed is the largest oil crop in China and plays an important role in ensuring the security of the edible oil supply, but the problem of high losses during rapeseed mechanized harvesting is prominent currently [1,2,3,4,5,6]. The high loss rate is an important reason why it is difficult to promote domestic rapeseed harvesting machines at present, and it is also a major problem that hinders the mechanization process of rapeseed harvesting in China.

The global prevalence of obesity has significantly risen over the past four decades. In 1975, the prevalence was less than 1%, but by 2016, it had increased to 6%–8% among girls and boys and 3%–11% among men and 6%–15% among women.11 In 2004, a meta-analysis highlighted the therapeutic role of MBS in obesity-related complications, such as type 2 diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidaemia and hypertension.

AbstractStegosaurs are a small but iconic clade of ornithischian dinosaurs. They and their sister taxa, the ankylosaurs, formed the clade Eurypoda which means 'broad-footed'. Here, we describe a stegosaur from the Upper Jurassic Qigu Formation of Xinjiang, China, based on an associated partial skeleton that includes axial, pectoral girdle, pelvic girdle, limb and armor elements. It can be diagnosed as a new taxon, Angustungui, based on numerous autapomorphies.

Mobile genetic elements (MEs) are heritable mutagens that significantly contribute to genetic diseases. The advent of long-read sequencing technologies, capable of resolving large DNA fragments, offers promising prospects for the comprehensive detection of ME variants (MEVs). However, achieving high precision while maintaining recall performance remains challenging mainly brought by the variable length and similar content of MEV signatures, which are often obscured by the noise in long reads.

The discovery of genetic loci associated with complex diseases has outpaced the elucidation of mechanisms of disease pathogenesis. Here we conducted a genome-wide association study (GWAS) for coronary artery disease (CAD) comprising 181,522 cases among 1,165,690 participants of predominantly European ancestry. We detected 241 associations, including 30 new loci. Cross-ancestry meta-analysis with a Japanese GWAS yielded 38 additional new loci.
