(KNUE-FM) Isn't it time we had another political party in America so Texans would have at least one more option? Look, I don't mean this to rant or rave against any political party. I believe there are issues with both. To be even more precise, I say this because the dualistic 'us versus them' and 'red versus blue' mentality damages us as a nation.

Some Texans may be seeing more black bears near their homes. Although we used to see them here more than we have in recent years, one particularly large mammal is moving back to Texas. Once upon a time, black bears were more common in Texas. I don't know about you, but I haven't seen one near my house in East Texas. Quite possibly, that's because black bears were hunted to near extinction in the Lone Star State. But it looks like they're heading back, at least according to Texas Parks and Wildlife.
