My husband and I had made a couple of moves related to his career and were eager to experience the splendors of suburbia with our towheaded toddler. Shortly after buying our first home near Hendersonville Hospital, I secured a part-time feature writing job at Hendersonville’s only local newspaper.

Detectives responded to investigate the incident that occurred near 200 Sanders Ferry Road, according to an HPD media release. Police determined that 33-year-old Brandi Elliott, the child’s mother, was responsible for the child’s death, according to the release.
