A new affordable senior housing development at the corner of 9th and Vine streets will provide dozens of new housing units atop what was previously an underutilized surface parking lot in Philadelphia's Chinatown neighborhood. Several of the development's partners gathered on Tuesday including Pennrose and Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation to celebrate the opening of Man An House, a five-story midrise building that will house 51 units for residents 62 years and older.

A Bethlehem man has been charged in the production of AI-generated child pornography - a first-of-its-kind charge under a new statute banning artificially generated sexual depictions of children. According to the district attorney's office, this is one of the first defendants in Pennsylvania charged under a new statute banning artificially generated sexual images of a child. The investigation began in late March when Bethlehem police were called by the defendant's estranged wife.

At the corner of Front and Susquehanna, a vibrant new mural project aims to honor the cultural significance of Philly's Norris Square. The mural entitled Nunca Olvides de Dónde Vienes (Never Forget Where You Come From) is part of a CAICU — a public art series through Mural Arts Philadelphia that highlights the Puerto-Rican themed gardens of Norris Square that were born out of the work of community organizers in the 1980s.

Four Philadelphia libraries will host Federal Employee Transition Workshops the first two weeks of April to help any federal workers impacted by recent layoffs and cuts. The volunteer-led workshops will help those interested with tips for updating résumés, job search tools, and getting the most out of LinkedIn.
