    Blackburn-based Farleys Solicitors has unveiled its three new trainees after announcing that it will retain the four who joined the previous programme. Anna Billingsley, Joseph Bridge, Olivia Cooper and Amy Jones joined the firm's programme in 2022 and have now taken on permanent roles. The old building has been unused since cases were reassigned to Preston Magistrates Court. The proposed 11-storey scheme has been designed to complement the adjacent Chorley Town Hall and other historic or listed buildings located nearby.
