A male migrant was stabbed to death in a dispute at a shelter on Randall’s Island Saturday night, sources said. It was unclear what sparked the bloodshed, but the victim was 24 years old and the attacker 26, sources said. The attacker was taken into custody. Video showed police responding to the facility, which is made up of tent shelters.
