A heartless New York City man was arrested for punching and stabbing a woman at the World Trade Center Memorial, according to cops. A Brooklyn mom and her boyfriend were busted this week after cops found three kids apparently malnourished inside their home – including a 3-year-old boy tied to a bed with a sweatshirt, cops and sources said.
