The 10-story, 30,800-square-foot building, 225 E. Mason St., is to redeveloped into 33 luxury apartments under preliminary plans filed with the Department of Neighborhood Services. The building was sold in October to MAQ Sentinel LLC, an affiliate of Margate, Florida-based real estate investor MAQ Group Inc.
