Cait Daly says the SPCA received a complaint and officers went to a home in Williamsville, "The animals were covered in urine and feces, and they were so matted that they needed to be sedated and shaved," says Daly. Daly says 14 dogs were rescued Monday, another eight Tuesday.

Board member Larry Scott says the website launched Thursday. "It will include an opportunity for anybody from the public to answer two questions, to gain their input on what priorities they see or want to see in the next superintendent," says Scott.

    Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A property owner who faced several warrants for neglecting his properties has been arrested. Charles Dobucki was arrested Thursday by Buffalo Police. Mayor Chris Scanlon says Dobucki has faced multiple citations and arrest warrants over the years for failing to address code violations and for neglecting his properties. His failure to appear in housing court has resulted in outstanding warrants for his arrest.
