READING, Pa. - People can change. "When Sister Margaret approached me ten years ago and said, 'Hey, can you help out?' I said, 'I don't like kids! READING, Pa. - It’s about caring for those in the community as they age. "It quickly turns, and it becomes very overwhelming for the individual to deal with,” said Jessica Jones, Director of the Berks County Area Agency on Aging. “That can be someone being exploited by a family member, it could be someone being exploited by scammer by phone, Facebook, or some other form of social media. And we would also have issues around caregiver neglect,” she added.
