Bupa's Cromwell Hospital in Kensington, west London, is full of state-of-the-art equipment - so full that an MRI scanner has been installed outside the front entrance while the hospital prepares to expand into the adjoining building. Owned by Bupa since 2008 and its only UK hospital, the Cromwell has 100 beds, 700 consultants and 900 staff who treat insured, self-pay and international patients.
