A new establishment in Lancaster aims to create a welcoming atmosphere for those seeking alternatives to traditional bars. The Rooted Cup is bringing a non-alcoholic beverage business to Lancaster. The business is planned for 20 W. Main St. in Lancaster, part of a new development in the village by Glassco Management. The project also includes two other food and drink offerings, Papi Grande’s Mexican Restaurant and Big Papa’s Creamery, along with a children’s clothing shop on the ground floor.
