To sweeten the pot, Kellar's record-breaking home run came on the last pitch of the game when she crushed it over the left field fence and scord Addy Wilmoth and Madison Motley.

HECTOR - The Hector Lady Wildcats softball team picked up a conference win over the Danville Lady Little Johns by a score of 16-0. Hector scored 10 runs in the first inning, three in the second and three in the third to end the game in just three innings.

A thirteen run first inning sparked a quick 24-2 victory by the Dover Pirates over the Mayflower Eagles on Tuesday at J.P. Lovelady Park. Dover did the work with 12 hits. Kaleb McGhee was 1-for-3 with an RBI. Grady Daniels was 1-for-4. Brady Ayers was 2-for-3 with three RBIs. JW Edge was 0-for-1 with two RBIs. Enoch Brooks was 1-for-2 with two RBIs. Jacob Robertson was 1-for-2 with three RBIs. Luke Payne was 2-for-3 with three RBIs. Caden Sharp was 1-for-3 with four RBIs. Ethan Smith was 1-for-1.

Russellville scored a run in the first inning, four in the third and five in the sixth to end the game in six innings. Along the way, the Cyclones smashed 14 hits and only committed two errors.

By Travis Simpson [email protected] The Russellville Cyclones soccer team picked up two more wins over the weekend as they topped the Harrison Goblins 8-0 on Friday and the Bryant Hornets 1-0 on Saturday in an alumni game. Russellville head coach Jared Fuller said the game against Bryant was a defensive battle. The Cyclones got its goal from Harold Arias in the 54th minute.
