One Queensland town has already copped the most rain for the month of April in more than 30 years after just three days. Central and western Queensland were in the firing line in March with some areas nearly doubling their average yearly rainfall. An area the size of Victoria, or about 3,000 km, suffered through the devastating flooding. But while that region has copped a substantial lashing of rain, eyes have turned to the east coast where some towns are experiencing a severe deluge.
