HOUSTON — A former neurologist appeared in Harris County Probable Cause Court on Friday after being arrested on a charge of online solicitation of a minor. Dr. Jason Robert Thonhoff, 43, was taken into custody Wednesday by the Harris County Constable Precinct 1’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. He is being held in jail on a $50,000 bond. According to court records, the investigation into Thonhoff began in 2023 and uncovered a series of sexually explicit actions.
