By Walt Zwirko MUSKOGEE, Okla. (KTEN) - A Marietta man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for the sexual exploitation of a child. The US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma said 22-year-old Jukobie Allen Ramsey pleaded guilty after being charged with engaging in "sexually explicit conduct with a minor for the purpose of producing and transmitting visual depictions of such conduct in interstate commerce via the internet."

ATOKA COUNTY, Okla. (KTEN) — A fatal crash in Atoka County on Friday morning led to the shutdown of a highway five miles north of Stringtown. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the accident involved an 18-wheeler which crashed at 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of US 69 and State Highway 43. OHP added that first responders were trying to free a victim or victims of the crash who were trapped in the wreckage. The intersection remained closed to traffic more than an hour after the incident.

By Walt Zwirko MUSCOGEE, Okla. (KTEN) - Sulphur resident Jayson Geoffrey Evans has pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon and eluding a police officer. The US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma said the assault occurred in Murray County on December 30, 2023. The indictment adds that Evans, 50, tried to get away from a law enforcement officer.
